Guidelines:
ATTENDANCE: This is ticket event, if no or low tickets are sold 3 days prior to the event, the workshop will be cancelled. Tickets can either be moved to the next convenient event date.
PAYMENT: Payment is required in advance to reserve your spot.
REFUND POLICY: Please note bookings are strictly non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, we will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking with at least 72 hours notice via email before the session at winery@chateauhough.com
CANCELLATION POLICY: Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes by 5 P.M. the day before your scheduled time.
LATENESS: Punctuality is important. We start promptly and request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your session. If you arrive after that, you may not be able to join the group and this may also be treated as a cancellation. This also applies if you are late due to reasons such as illness, transport issues, weather conditions, injury etc.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Sessions are open to anyone over the age of 18. Age restrictions apply to wine consumption.
